Project Description

Visual WIP is a tool to make your Work In Progress (WIP) visible by using a card wall visualization.

Main goals:
- Use strong visual signals
- Utilize multi monitors
- Use a provider model
- Not tied to a specific process

Example 2. Main window on one monitor

Kanban

Visual WIP is designed to be used as a virtual kanban board.

Scrum

The current version can be used as a virtual Scrum board but there is no automatic swim lane support.

Providers supported

Currently there is one provider for the items of work and that is Team Foundation Server 2010
There are plans to add support for SharePoint 2007 in the near future.
