Hi, many thanks for working so hard to create such a great tool. This appears to be exactly what I need to help us transition to TFS. Is there any documentation on how to use this tool?

OK, here are my own basic instructions.

A. Create a Kanban:

1. Execute VisualWip.exe

2. Connect to your project

3. Select the 'Home' menu item

4. Design your Kanban using the now visible controls

5. Save your Kanban settings with the 'Save' menu item available from the drop down on the left hand side

B. View a Kanban:

1. Execute VisualWip.exe

2. Connect to your project

3. Load your previously saved Kanban settings (see A. above) with the 'Load' menu item available from the drop down on the left hand side

Thanks for the feedback. No there is no documentation yet as you have found. I have been revving the code so much that I have not felt it has been time to write documentation yet. But it is of cause time. I will put it on the backlog and get to it asap.
